Delivery
(1) MEOS's work focuses on Switzerland. We would be happy to refer you to partner organizations in your country.
(2) Delivery normally takes 2-4 days (Switzerland). Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped on the same day wherever possible.

Shipping
(1) Items are generally shipped by post or courier. The actual shipping costs are shown.


Customs duties
(1) When importing goods into countries outside Switzerland, import duties may be incurred, which are to be borne by the customer. These vary in different customs areas. The customer is responsible for the proper payment of the necessary customs duties and fees. Import duties are not shipping costs.

Costs
Many customers want to know how much the literature they have ordered and shipping will cost, and how they can financially support the spread of God's Word.
As a rule, you will receive all distribution materials from us free of charge. Each order is accompanied by a delivery note stating the value of the goods and the shipping costs. This information is to be understood as a guideline for a donation.
